Julie is the Owner/Cake Designer of Pierre Jolie Cake Design. Following her passion and craving for knowledge, Julie pursued a culinary diploma and is a trained chef in classical French and Italian Cuisine and Pastry. Since graduating from culinary school in 2002, her passion for baking has drawn her to the art of handmade sugar flowers and haute couture cakes. Suitably, Julie takes serious note when it comes to baking and handcrafting edible art. Because of her compulsion toward perfection, she is driven and never stops at what she is committing to. For that reason, Julie employs her exceptional level of creativity and attention to detail, and to that end, all of her cakes are beautifully designed and handcrafted with love and care.
